Leave in 1 week, nothing planned! Help!
Hi there, I would really appreciate some insight, help, info-anything I can get really.
I found out for work that I will be travelling to London for 5-6 days and I depart in nine days!! After my work is completed, I plan to leave London and travel for another 5-6 days SOLO before I return to the nyc/philly area. Therefore, all I have booked at the moment is my departure flight from the states.
Please help me plan a fantastic trip in this short time frame! I know absolutely nothing about EU and solo travelling in general...first time.
Looking to airbnb and keep costs down, although I'm not too worried about spending...don't really have a budget per-say and not planning to be too frugal since who knows when I'll be back next.
Interests - scenery, social aspect, trying new and exciting authentic/native food, preferably somewhat healthy. I have a gluten intoleranc but not celiac (I'll probably eat gluten) and symptoms are mostly brain fog/lethargy which shouldn't be a problem as I'll be running on adrenaline and walking a lot. I enjoy social drinking...wine or some sort of mixed drink and will probably consume at least a couple drinks each night....I much prefer the bar scene over night clubs.
I don't want to be travelling every single day so I think I'd like to limit myself to 2-3 places over 5-6 days before returning home..
edit: should probably add I'm a 27 y/o male.
