I'm planning a trip to the UK next April, it will be my first time in the UK.

I'm going mainly for London, but since I'm planning to spend two weeks I decided to include some other cities (Liverpool and Edinburgh) , so right now this is what trip looks like :

  • Round-trip flight ticket to London
  • London : 7 days and then train to Edinburgh
  • Edinburgh : 3 days then train to Liverpool
  • Liverpool : 4 days then train to London for my flight back home.

So what do you guys think about my trip? Are there any parts of England that I should not miss?

Also, about the train tickets, when is the best time to book them?
