A few late night hours in Toronto for the 1st time - anyway recommendations to see more than the airport? Best late night food spot or any particular bars open late worth checking out? (or even something cultured to photograph!)

First post here :)
Have travelled a fair bit on my own. 1st time in Toronto and 1st time with a late night layover! but no local friends, so hoping for some advice.
I'm going to have time in Toronto from 10pm (on a Monday night in early Feb, which is a bit limiting) until...well my flight takes off 7am! I've been known to sometimes stay up all night so would like to make most of that bizarre time window - but yeah Monday night...
I guess, if anyone thinks there's a can't-miss late night/24hr diner, or a late night gallery or something really worth getting a photo of, or bar thats open late and worth visiting I'd love any tips! (love being cultured and uncultured!)
I'm a photographer in my free time so love a good place to get a shot of a city at night.
Obviously I'll be near the airport and need to get back there so travel time is a bit of a factor but am happy to taxi to something worth it :)
Any suggestions would be super appreciated, I'm doing all the tripadvisor yelp etc searches but have always found suggestions I agree with on here (sometimes more!!)
