Is it travelling at the age of 19 around the USA?
Background: I'm 19, male, from the UK, and currently in my first year of university. I want to travel around America for Summer 2018 alone.
I told a friend about this, and she told me that she has family who have done the same, and they all said it's not worth going around until you're 21 or over. She said it's not only about the drinking age, but that you're unable to do a lot of activities unless you have someone aged 21 or over, since legally, you're still pretty much a child at the age of 19. I can't find much information on such a topic, so if anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
