Help me decide among these countries for June 2017

I just traveled for the first time (a little over half of it solo) last summer in Japan and it turned out better than I could imagine. I'm hooked!

Currently trying to decide among these places for travel this summer. I like doing a mix of tourist/historical sites, eating, hiking, and just wandering around (I wandered a lot in Japan). Not that in to partying, but enjoy grabbing a beer or glass of wine along the way.

Even though I'm a teacher, I've made travel a priority and plan on visiting them all eventually, so if there is any reason why I should visit a place now instead of in the years to come, that advice would be appreciated.

New Zealand - Downside is that it would be in June, when the weather is chillier. The North Island interests me more though, so hopefully it wouldn't be too chilly. And cheaper/fewer crowds for the offseason is a plus.

Greece - I'm a world history teacher, so obviously the history here would be a draw. Also I hear its relatively cheap to travel with the downturn in their economy. Would like to see the islands but not that in to partying and spending the whole day on the beach.

UK - Because I love British culture and the landscapes. Do I need more of a reason? Hiking in Scotland, visiting pubs, history, ease of travel for my second trip given no language barrier..anything I'm missing?

The Balkans - Looks beautiful. A little under the radar. Relatively cheap compared to the rest of Europe.

Portugal/Spain - I feel like Portugal might become more popular, which is perhaps the best reason to visit in 2017. I've always wanted to visit Spain, and Portugal seems like it would offer a halfway similar experience while being a little under the radar.

Norway - Freaking beautiful. Hiking would be amazing. But is it ridiculously expensive?

Chile - South America looks amazing and Chile has the mountains/coast and seems like one of the easier S. American countries to travel in for a still relatively inexperienced traveler.

Anywhere else I should consider? I loved Asia but would like to go to a different continent this time around. (Obviously my list is mostly Europe but everywhere in the world interests me)

TL;DR Help me (only having one international trip before) decide this summer between New Zealand, Greece, UK, Balkans, Spain/Portugal, Norway, Chile, or somewhere else.
