Two weeks, Morocco itinerary. Thoughts/Advice?
Fellow travelers! My first full solo trip is coming up and I'm wondering if I'm getting most out of my time spend in Morocco.
Right now my plan is something like this (kinda changing my mind every day)
- Marrakech 8 nights
- 3 Day 2 night desert trip
- Daytrip to the Ouzoud waterfalls
- Daytrip to Essaouira
- Chefchaouen 3 nights
- Daytrip to Cascades d'Akchour
- Fez 3 nights
My other plan had either a night in Casablanca or Rabat included or a overnight stay at Essaouira, but it started to feel like that was too much for two weeks (Am I missing that much when not seeing those two?). I could cut Chefchaouen a day shorter, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to see the town itself as well as the waterfalls next to it properly. I like to have a nice mix of busy city life with some nature.
What are your thoughts? Tips/recommendations of must see's are also welcome! :)
