Traveling For Work to India (Mundra). Advice Wanted.
Unexpectedly, seems I'll be traveling to Mundra for work. I'm trying to plan things so that I get the weekend free to travel around a bit. Sadly that's about all the time I have allowed, though.
I've always wanted to visit India, and have heard wonderful things from places like Karila, but I haven't heard anything about Mundra so far.
Are there any recommendations you could give about cool places and things to do in Mundra, or regions close by I could visit within this timeframe?
I'm a sucker for temples and ruins, also I'm open to trying different types of food.
Finally, as I said before, this would be my first time in India, and I'd love to hear safety advice, as I'll be traveling alone. I'm 29/f, blonde and irishly pale, so I'll probably stick out a bit. I've heard that people are very nice, but also that foreigners sometimes get targeted into tourist traps and taken advantage of. I'd appreciate every warning I could get.
Anyway, all advice and recommendations are welcomed!
Thanks!
PS: Sorry about my grammar. My English is shit today.
