We need help planning an epic trip. Travel day 9/30-10/16

Truth: We are the worst at planning. What we have planned at the moment; •9/30 flying into San Francisco What do we do in between??? •10/2 Alcatraz •10/7+8 wedding Long Beach,CA Planning on: San Diego, Joshua Tree, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon(which part is a best fit to route and a must see), Sedona, Painted Park, Grand Escalante Staircase, Zion...

Ok so here's the deal. We want to see a lot. Is this sufficient enough Amount of time? Is this realistic? We don't waste time seeing things that are not worth it. We are ok going of the beaten path to see cool stuff not just touristy shit.

We are trying to figure out where the best place to fly out of, we are thinking Las Vegas? Only because if we want to see Zion. Should we do Zion on another trip? Like I said we are the worst planners and overwhelmed. If anyone is good at this I am Looking to you my reddit friends for help and saving my relationship for this trip with a bad ass itinerary for our 3 year anniversary, Forever grateful.
