Iceland on a time constraint?
Hello!
For my birthday next month my friends and I will be traveling to Iceland from October 21-25. I am a bit overwhelmed with planning what to do on the trip however.
Ideally, I wanted to rent a car and drive around the ring road, staying in Airbnb's along the way, however after looking at the self drive tours from
I noticed that the ring road trips all take around 7+ days.
Is it feasible to do this in 4 days if I cut down on some of the sightseeing? Is that still worth it? If not, what self drive tours do you recommend? I really like the idea of driving around Iceland but I completely understand if it's not a reasonable thing to do.
As for budget, we are all flight attendants on a budget so we prefer the cheaper alternatives wherever possible.
