First time solo traveller, it's my first full day and I'm so overwhelmed. When does this pass?

I arrived late last night. Couldn't find my train, missed two of them because I couldn't find the correct platform, then I got to my hostel and had to wait 30 minutes for check in, and when I finally got to my bunk to go pass out it was already used.

Had to run down to the front desk again, ask if I misunderstood, front desk lady came with me and said that someone else in my dorm must have taken that one but that "it's yours so I'll just move his stuff for you!" which she did. This also lead to my locker being claimed as well, so I had to share a tiny bunk bed with my backpack.

Middle of the night, I wake up to my room mates coming in, they're all speaking the same language (portuguese maybe?) so I can't tell what they're saying but they're laughing and someone climbs up to my bunk (!!!!) and grabs my phone??? I'm terrified at this point and keep thinking "I'm imagining this" (PTSD) and pass back out.

I wake up in the morning, most of my roomies have left the hostel, as quietly as possible I look for my shit and find my phone in the bottom of my bunk, along with my charger. Thankfully all of my cards are still there (wallet case) and don't look like they've been touched. Maybe original bunk claimer thought it was his phone, idk. My passport, wallet and key card also seem untouched, however my day bag was thrown on the floor.

I then decided to go find something to eat, my hostel has breakfast but 1. they didn't tell me where the breakfast area was and at this point I'm too mentally stressed out to want to ask someone, 2. I didn't feel like hanging out with strangers for the same reasons and 3. I'm vegan so there probably wouldn't be shit I could eat.

I tried getting my way to a cafĂ© that was supposedly just 1km away, ended up taking the wrong turns and streets were cut off due to road work and so it took me more than 20 minutes to find it. I've now ordered and it's taken 20 more minutes just to get my food, and I'm starving, and I'm pretty sure they misunderstood my order because it should have cost 10€ but she asked for 7.

When does this overwhelming stress stop? I feel like breaking down crying honestly. I was sooo excited for this and now I just want to go home to my own bed where noone touches my stuff and ugh. I'm so tired and I guess it'll get better, but so far it's been horrible.
