Can you guys critique my very loose itinerary, and also add suggestions of where to go

I'm 19 years old and I've never traveled alone before. The first three months I will be traveling with my friend, but I imagine after that he will run out of money and be forced to go home. My budget is about 7k USD which I understand is pretty low, but I think I have some factors to keep the cost down. First of all, that budget doesn't include my initial ticket to Europe, I bought that a while ago, and my return ticket to the states is being taken care of as a birthday present. Also, and I know this might be controversial on this sub, I am using WWOOF and Workaway. I've read the criticisms of it on this sub and I understand them, but I think most of the Jobs I'll be doing are either on small farms or cleaning hostels, and they are vacancies that would otherwise not be filled. Kind of the same principle as "I might as well pirate this song, because I would under no circumstances buy it."

Anyway heres the itinerary (its very loose to give room for me to act on whims, but I'd like to know what I have to be willing to do to make this possible on a 7k budget, as well as hear suggestions for places to go.

September 28th- Arrive In Malaga, Spain

September 28th- October 4th- Stay in Oasis Backpackers Hostel in Malaga

October 4th-Travel from Malaga to Gador, Spain

October 4th- November 14th- WWOOF at Canada Mouchelos

November 14th- December 25th- Do various workaways around Schengen Europe, just keep moving eastward

December 25th- Feburary 15th- Do various workaways around Non Schengen Europe, try and end up in Turkey

Feburary 16th- Fly from Turkey to Nepal

Feburary 16th- March 30th- Hang out in Nepal, Maybe India

March 30th Fly back to Schengen Countries

again, obviously very loose, but I figure I can work out the details as I go along and get better at traveling. I didn't go past march 30th because I'm not sure where I'll be financially, and I have an open return date that I dont have to pay for.

Quick Note: I generally will not be doing much sightseeing/touristy stuff, partly because I can't afford it partly because it doesn't interest me. But one more luxury thing I really do want to do is Snowboard, so if you guys have suggestions of cheap places on my route where I could snowboard, let me know. Also this is really specific but cheap treks in Nepal would be nice to know.
