Alternative to all-inclusive hotels in the caribbean?
My family and I want to make a trip for my granfathers 70th birthday. We were planning on going somewhere in the caribbean, like mexico or the domincan republic, to one of those all-inlusive hotels, so everyone can relax at the beach and the cost can be relatively low. However, my sister-in-law is pregnat and was just told by her doctor that she higly recommends not to go anywhere in the caribbean or brazil (the tropics mostly) due to the Zika virus. Any recomendations on where to go? We are intersted in a beach trip due to its simplicity and how everyone likes it. Europe would work, however we are concerned with the prices there. P.s. : we have small kids in kids, so it needs to be family friendly.
