Who do I contact when my flight is delayed? It was Delta
My flight was suppose to leave at 7:25pm and then it was delayed to 9:45, then 10:45 then 11:15 then in the end the plane ended up leaving at 12:45. That's about 4 hours or more. I had come out of surgery and was hurt. I had no food and no water because I was prepare to leave at 7:25. I heard that there could be compensation if it takes more than 3 hours due to reasons what it's their fault which in this case they said they didn't have a pilot. What is that? Shouldn't they know be ready for things like that? I bought my ticket on a flight agency that sells tickets. Yet this was delta airline. Do I contact delta? Where do I contact?
