Wanting the most out of my youth
Hey ya'll. Would like to make this as short and as sweet as possible by giving you the most information I can to get the best feedback. I'm a 24yr old girl who graduated college a year ago. I moved home, landed a solid job and want to make the most out of living rent free while I still can. I obviously want to see more of the world (hence this post) and i'm not quite sure where to begin.
I'd like to start off by seeing more of the U.S. before I go anywhere abroad (mainly bc I have to start somewhere).
ANYWAYS. Things I would like some feedback on:
- Best/favorite travel credit card? I've been reading up on them and discover seems pretty awesome. I'm not really into an annual fee UNLESS theres some spectacular credit card out there with crazy rewards that is totally worth the annual fee.
- Should I even get a credit card if i'm just looking to travel inside the US (as of now) and maybe apply for one when I plan an abroad trip?
- I'm not really into doing the typical touristy type trips. I have no interest to go on cruises or visit high volume tourist sites. (Unless of course I get some type of feedback from you all saying otherwise) I love hiking, biking, local bars/shops, and just being outside in general. I've hiked quite a few mountains in the carolinas and loved every minute of it. I know I definitely want to go to Colorado and hit up Muir Woods in Cali. Any other MUST SEE sites in the US that sound like my description above?
