States specific driving laws to be aware of?
I tried to Google it, but couldn't find a clear and concise list.
What I mean for example is that in some states you have to turn your headlights on when using your wipers. Cell phone laws also vary by state, and I've read about a new law somewhere regarding eating and smoking while driving.
I'll be travelling across the USA soon, wondering what I should be aware of.
Also, is it just me or is "speeding tolerance" highly variable depending on the state? In upstate NY, driving at the limit seems to be the norm, but down in Florida everyone is doing 15-20MPH above.
Thanks
