How to get over jet lag a week later?
I flew from Europe to NYC exactly a week ago and I'm still a bit jet lagged. I keep waking up during the night and waking up unreasonably early. I thought it would go away by now but it's sticking around. Any tips? I'd give anything to be able to sleep even until 7am
