Help me plan the rest of my adventure, please!
23yo male with eurail pass currently in Berlin. I'm interested in nature, communist history, Nazi history, science history, and rock and roll, so hit me up with suggestions for sightseeing or museums in any of the below mentioned cities for things in those veins.
I'm heading to Warsaw tomorrow for 3 nights and then planning on going to Krakow from there. I've heard nothing but great things about Krakow so I'm thinking of spending 4 or 5 nights there and taking a day trip to Auschwitz and also considering going to zakopane of anyone has input on what to do or where to stay there.
Hostel suggestions for Krakow? I really enjoy solitary time, but would love to have some social beers. I am not looking for a place to be loud and playing drinking games.
I need to be back in Berlin on the 5th for a concert and then plan on staying 2 or 3 days longer in Berlin before moving on to Dresden, Prague, and finally the Frankfurt area (day trip to or staying in Trier 1 day) to fly back to the states.
If you were in my shoes, would you tag Budapest for 2 days between Krakow and Berlin? I hear I need to party there and hit ruin pubs and baths and meet backpacker chicks.
I'd appreciate any and all itinerary suggestions, cheers!
