Best Komodo Island/Padar Island Tour??

I want to go on a Komodo Islands tour in early November (mainly to see Padar Island), but want to do it fairly cheaply. Maybe 3 days 2 nights? I really want to get to Padar Island, maybe see a few Komodo Dragons, and maybe some snorkelling. Ideally have some electricity on board to charge camera gear.

So far the only tours I can find are mainly expensive diving tours. One I found that looked good, you needed an Indonesian address to book/pay so I couldn't do that one. So am trying to look again but it's really hard to find them, and most don't give prices online.

Can anyone recommend any good tours (maybe up to 2,500,000 IDR/$200 or similar price)?? Would maybe go a bit higher if it looks really good.

I've heard you can maybe book when you get to Labuan Bajo, but would rather have something booked in advance knowing the trip will go when I'm there and know it's safe/recommended.
