[28, M] Recommend me 2 weeks on a beach with some specific requirements. Where should I go?

I am in dire need of 1.5-2 weeks on a quiet beach but I have a few requirements. I'm not a traveller so I need suggestions
I want to go somewhere quiet and private. I wouldn't mind not seeing too many other people. I would want to spend my time "on a hut by the beach'. Reading, eating food, working on my laptop and maybe a few jogs or workouts on the beach. Early morning meditations would be cool. A massage would be nice too..
Price: Doesn't need to be luxury , can't be sh*t either. I would say between low and midrange budget.
Requirements: Need internet access (unfortunately). Decent food, simple but delicious is always good
I hope I didn't make it too specific or even worse too vague. Would be my first solo trip and I just need the time to unwind
