23M Canadian, First solo travel to Mexico in September
I have 9/9 to 9/19 off from work and vacation hours in, I'm looking to book a last minute flight to Mexico, more specifically Mexico City. I've never been out of North America or solo travelling. It's a tight squeeze for planning, I'm interested in some cool sights, great food and night life and at a good price.
I just have a few questions...
-
Should I go for the all-inclusive packages? or stay in hostels. Hostels seem very cheap, $20-30, and it would be cool to meet people. Are they safe? Worth it?
-
My mom says I need Twinrix vaccine for hep A and B.. do I need to get that or is that just my mom being a mom?
-
Any recommendations? Tips? Things to do vs not to do?
