Senior road trip advice
This is still another year or so away but I’m just wondering if it’s doable/realistic. After me and some friends graduate (we will all be at least 18) we want to have a road trip. We live in Alaska and want to go down the coast to California- maybe San Diego or LA. We have two options: fly to Oregon or Washington (to avoid the whole driving through Canada part) and drive from there to California and then fly back to Alaska. OR we can drive from south central Alaska to Canada, down to Washington state and that same coast highway route and then drive back. I’m kind of leaning towards the first option but it is also not really possible due to none of us being of age to rent a car. Any advice? EDIT: I forgot to mention it’d be around 4-5 of us. All of us would be able to drive. Also if we drive from Alaska we’d be driving in a 7 seat SUV most likely.
