New car broke down on a long roadtrip out of state.

So long story short, out 2017 kia optima hybrid broken down during a roadtrip. We got it to tow to a dealer and rented a car to continue the trip. The problem is they had it in the lot for 4 days and hasn't touched it yet. It is several hours away from home, what are my options?

We still have power train warranty, yet we cant get a loaner until they check out the car. They said we might get reimbursed for the rental but thats a big if. They wont check on the car cause we need an appointment, and we have to wait a week before anything is done. Are car dealers so shitty in general, and what are my options????
