Do I REALLY have to wait 24 hours before using EZ Pass transponder?
I am leaving on a trip tomorrow and, foolishly, I guess, waited until tonight to get EZ Pass. I registered it right away, it says I have a $35 balance, and according to the App, my account is in active status. So do I really have to wait 24-48 hours to use the transponder at tolls? I just don't understand why there is a waiting period if the website shows that I'm active and registered.
