I booked a flight from NY to Nashville, which is a 6 hour trip including layover and 10.5 hrs if I drive. Should I cancel and just drive?

I’ve never driven for 10.5 hrs straight before so I don’t know how bad of a road trip this would be. I’d be going solo there and back - meeting with friends who live in TN.

The total cost of my flight related expenses, including renting a car when I’m there, is $900.

The cost associated with me driving would be less than $200, which would mostly be gas and food.

Just wanted some opinions before I call the airlines and cancel. I booked last night so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Anything else to consider here?
