Advice for 4 separate drives, part of a two week South West USA + Yosemite trip

Hi all,

We are leaving next week for a two week trip. The outline is Vegas -> Grand Canyon South Rim -> Zion -> vegas flight to fresno -> yosemite.

Here are the driving days and tentative plans we have:

Vegas to GC south rim: stop at some combination of Chloride, Kingsman, Seligman and/or Williams AZ (basically a little route 66 tour).

GC south Rim to Zion: All I have right now is stopping at horseshoe bend and Grafton Ghost Town. Antelope canyon is closed and I could use some advice about what towns along the way might be interesting or best to have lunch in.

Zion back to Vegas: Drive through Valley of Fire State Park

Fresno to Yosemite: Drive up and stay on 41, go into the park and see mariposa grove before continuing onto lodging.

Basically, if you have any suggestions regarding the stops on these routes (either adding or subtracting) please let me know! Additionally, any advice on restaurants along the way, and/or best towns to stock up on basic supplies for the parks (e.g. hiking snacks etc..) .
