Many people think it is our bed, a real shower or a warm room in winter. Those are all nice things, but what we really miss are friends and family. We have a sleeping mat as a bed, there are options for showering and when we are cold we make a fire. But meeting friends and family on the go is not that easy. That's why we're pleased that Daniel from Hungary found us in Montenegro last year. We conquered ten thousand meters of altitude together, crossed more than 5 countries and cycled many thousands of kilometers. https://instagram.com/vaegabondsworld
He's also traveling to Asia on his bike. We have been traveling together sporadically since last summer. For some time now we have been climbing with Daniel near Antalya and are already making plans for how things will continue.
Some of the other cyclists we met on the way also got stuck in Antalya over the winter. Everyone is slowly starting to leave again and we will probably see each other again in Tajikistan or India.

It is nice to meet people again when traveling, with whom you can cover part of the journey together, who give you strength and with whom we can share our ups and downs. It's great that you are all (virtually) there too!
