Looking for recommendations: solo roadtrip MN-CA ( maybe OR and WA too)

Hello all, I am (30f) planning to do a solo road trip with my cat while also working remote M-F 8am-5pm for the next two months. I am planning to do MN-CA and maybe OR and WA too and trying to figure out the best route. I want to only drive 5-6 (max7) hrs at a time and avoid driving late at night so I’ll mostly be driving in the weekends and small drives during the week maybe. I will be staying in hotels and airbnbs. I recently did a short road trip from LA to SFO via the pacific coast hwy and absolutely loved it. I have never done this long of a solo road trip but i am very excited.

I would really appreciate any suggestions on the route/itinerary, must see places and stops in between ( i want to see all the national parks in between and anything else).

Any other suggestions from your experience would be valuable. Thanks a ton!
