We usually camp in one spot for a week then move on. It takes half a day to set up and another to break camp. Family of 5, 3 teens. One big tent, 3 air mattresses, sleeping bags, clothes etc. Usually a camp fire for cooking food. We are planning on "car camping" where we just sleep and then move out in the early morning, without a lot of unpacking. How can we do that? Any suggestions on making it easier to pack and unpack. Maybe no big tent? Hammocks? But what if there are no trees (I'm looking at you West Texas!)
