Hello! Taking a little trip here for my birthday. Minnesota to Roswell! (And more)
So. We're planning on booking it to Roswell. Seeing some kitchy stuff and then going to ABQ to stay in a fancy shmancy hotel for a night.
In that region we will be visiting the white or great sand dunes? As well as the 'very large array'.
We are using roadtrippers but everything is so convoluted and we are kind of just winging it?
We figure, if it's worth seeing there will be signage for it?
Idk if that's accurate.
After leaving ABQ we are heading to Denver for some grub food, beer, and legal edibles. - planning on tent camping outside the area near the Rocky Mountain Park. (Which is under maintenance because of the fires and covid so are working around that)
Are there any noteworthy places to go/see particularly landscapes in our areas?
As mentioned I pretty much have just typed out verbal plan. Roswell. Aliens. Sand dunes. Satellites. Denver. Weed. Camping. Forest.
Anything in New Mexico?
Also she wants to see dinosaurs so that's on the menu somewhere as well.

Also sorry if this is the wrong post. Looking for people who have done a similar trip or are familiar with the region for sight seeing or tourism. As I said roadtrippers is pretty nice but there's too many destinations and we only have 2 days in NM and 3-4 in colorado.
