Packed cramped in my car 2 adults 1 kid 2 cats. Really wanna just zoom to (destination) Tampa area, but is there anywhere we should stop on the way? We're passing so many places but Idk if they're worth going out of the way for. ..

Anywhere in NC? SC? GA? Is there really an island off SC/GA with wild horses?? (Would attempt to not really go near but see from a distance?)

Primarily interested in nature, art & history.

If there's TOO much to see we can make stops on the way back too.
