6000 mile road trip for an introvert?
My family wants to go on a road trip from LA to Boston. We would be traveling in a small RV with 7 people on board. I really doubt I’ll be able to enjoy myself on the road trip and I’d just be frustrated the entire trip because of my introvert type personality. I have been on a road trip from LA to Phoenix Arizona before and I was like extremely worn out by the time we got back so idk if I’ll survive a round-trip from LA to Boston and Boston to LA.
One thing about me is that whenever I use up all my energy talking and etc in the day time, I need the rest of the day to myself. I get really frustrated if I don’t get any time to myself the entire day and eventually my bad mood will influence other people too. I’m also a very sensitive sleeper. I wake up at the sound of a door creaking so sleeping in an RV with 7 other people is not ideal and will contribute to my moodiness. Also just thinking about being in a cramped space with other people for 5-6 hours a day for a month makes me mad. Does anyone have any advice for introverts on long road trips?
