Partner gets car-sick easily :(
Hi friends,
I love road tripping. I've usually gone solo (across the US a few times, all around CA/ the US southwest deserts, national parks, etc.) I like nothing more than a long weekend driving to some place I've never been, spending a day hiking or wandering unfamiliar towns/restaurants/bars etc. I feel similarly strongly about my partner, and would love to bring her along on these trips! She's expressed this interest as well, and I want to show her all the places I've been.
However, even on short drives, she gets car sick, something that's wholly unfamiliar to me. I want to alleviate this for her as best I can, by e.g. driving smoother (it's something) or providing dramamine (eh?). I'm wondering if anyone else has the same predicament, and can share experience, solutions, or sympathy.
