Road Tripping with a Kitten :)
Hello!
So I got a kitten a few weeks ago and he's been incredible. My goal is for him to be an adventure kitty who is leash taught and can possibly go camping with me in the future. Leash training has been very easy so far and we go on regular walks outside. He has no problems with wearing his harness at all but we still need to work on responding to my direction when we are walking. He is also already very comfortable with car rides! I sort of just let him explore for the most part or he'll just fall asleep in my lap. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with road tripping/ camping with cats and what advice they could share! I totally think my kitty has what it takes to be an adventurer and would love to know more about how I can help him. I have the opportunity to go for a trip soon and really want to bring him. I'm very torn about leaving him at home because I'm not sure if my roommate's will keep up with his training while I'm gone/ spend enough time with him. Thanks so much!!!
