Brit solo traveller. Booked a forty night trip to the US, for October 2022. Starting point is NY, and I’m going to be completely reliant on public transport. At the moment I’ve got a vague idea of how the journey is going to pan out but I’m open to advice and suggestions on where to go, how to get there and so on. I’m thinking I’ll probably only go as far west as Denver, taking the train to Chicago from NY and then to Denver, and then I’ll make my way back east, hoping to see some of Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, Washington D.C and then some of the east coast up past Boston, obviously time permitting. I’m into history, sport, wilderness, and I wanna see some iconic locations from movies. Any advice etc would be really appreciated! Cheers.
