Anyone familiar with driving from the Oregon coast to Denver in the summer?
So I just left the military and they shipped my car to my families house in Oregon. I moved to Denver for work, and I’m leaving my car in Oregon for the time being because it’s a rear wheel drive muscle car. I’m hoping this summer I can make a road trip out of it. I know if I go south thru California and Nevada I’d avoid snow, but I’ve seen those places and it’s longer. I’d prefer to go thru the Oregon mountains, Idaho, Utah, etc. I’m assuming I could do it in the summer and avoid snow, but I also assumed the interstates would be plowed when I moved and my moving van got stuck (I know I’m an idiot) so I’m not assuming this time. I’m still trying to read about it online, but I saw a few states to include Idaho and Utah got snow this last summer and I’m gonna have to hit mountain passes to get over to Denver. Any insight on if I’m going to kill myself taking this car over there would be great!
