Can this be done in 10 days in May?
Do you think this can be done in ten days? I'm going solo and want to safely camp as much as I can. I'd like to appreciate some of the parks - like Big Bend - for more than an afternoon.
Any tips or tricks?
National Parks I'd hit: Hot Springs, Big Bend, White Sands, Guadelupe Mountains, Carlsbad, Petrified Forest, Canyonlands, Arches, Black Canyon and Great Sand Dunes. I'd like to stop at some state parks to break up days of driving as well.
What do we think? Anyone have suggestions?
Edit: I thought about flying and then renting a car from Denver or El Paso, but I'm still hesitant to fly during COVID, and who knows where we'll be in May.
