Texas | The Roads Less Traveled
Hello All! Native Texan here. This post is to offer a database of sorts for ‘Scenic’ 😏 routes within and around Texas. Don’t get me wrong — Texas has incredible and unique scenery in certain areas... Though mostly it’s long stretches of vastly underwhelming interstate tarmac. As a North Texas resident, it's easy to get bored and discouraged regarding the lack of geography around here. I hope this helps other Texans and visitors find something interesting. Let's stray off the beaten path and see what we can find!
POI (Points of Interest) are included on these routes, but not exhaustive. Please research and select any additional POI's along the route of your liking.
