We're planning a trip for next summer, and we're intent to spend about a week in the Lake Superior area. We love to hike, so that will be the main focus of our time there. There seems to be so much to see, we're struggling to narrow it down. Pictured Rocks looks like a must do. Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park looks great too. Apostle Islands looks cool. Then there's all the state parks on the Minnesota coast. Gooseberry Falls, Tettegouche, Grand Portage, all look great. Oh, and of course Isle Royale is in the lake itself. If you had a week, where would you go and visit? Any suggestions and any specific trail recommendations are appreciated, thanks!
