[Feedback Request] Roadtrip: San Francisco to Santa Fe
Hello /r/roadtrip! I'm looking to take the family and do a roadtrip from San Francisco to Santa Fe around October - November timeframe. I'd like some feedback on the route and options being considered, as well as other ideas to consider.
Considerations
- Adults: 2
- Children: 2 (both under 4 years)
- Vehicle: Rental SUV or Van
- COVID-19: We are going to take appropriate precautions from gloves, masks, and social distancing. If appropriate, we will quarantine and get tested upon arrival into Santa Fe and our return to San Francisco.
- Meals: We will stop where safe, but also plan to bring food along with us to avoid needing excessive stops.
Questions
- Do the following route options make sense?
- Are there any adjustments we should consider, or locations to avoid?
- Where should we stop on our return?
- Do people have suggestions on ways to take food and avoid needing to make too many grocery / meal stops?
