Hi I'm sam, im driving a 2001 xlt 4x4 f150, and planning on camper shell camping. I'm in Northern Cal. planning a trip up the coast from Fort Bragg area up to Olympia national park, then down through Olympia. From Olympia to Vancouver, wa. then to Hood, Oregon. From Hood to Eugene then hitting Bend to Klamath falls. From Klamath falls to Mount Shasta, ca then home. Now this is a travel route I just whipped up, with a map of dispersed camping sites (planning to camp on BLM/national forest land any chance I can). As for amenities, I've got an ice chest, solar shower, shovel for #2 and a coleman stove, etc. With that being said, is there anything I should be aware of before hand? Has anyone done something similar?
