A Pipe Dream
Here's the plan:
I'm a nurse on the East coast. next spring I'm thinking of hiring on to some travel nursing agencies and getting my license in a couple other states. what I'd like to do is take two years of traveling to different parts of the country see ing as much of it as I can. ideally hitting every state in the lower 48.
I would be traveling on a motorcycle. this would require camping a lot, which I'm totally down for, and I would like to see as many national parks as I can. all while following some decent weather so I'm not riding in the snow or negative degrees.
most travel nursing assignments are 13 weeks. some are 8 weeks. I'd also like to take a couple of weeks off here and there to go backpacking.
this has been a growing desire for me and recently, I've had some life changes that make me think it's now or never.
so, I'm putting this out there for myself and in the hopes that this community can bounce some ideas at me.
