8-hour drive with a cat, I don't want to worry about needing to go to the bathroom and leaving her in the car. Tips?

I am driving from NYC to Virginia this Saturday and will have my cat with me. I am terrified of needing to go to the bathroom (namely #2) and putting her at risk of the heat, so I would really rather avoid it altogether, but 8 hours is a long time and has me worried. The only other situation I'd need to stop for would be food, which I would handle through a driveway, or just peeing which I could handle in less than a minute.

I'm thinking of a couple basic ideas like either having no coffee to act as a diuretic or drinking coffee early enough to hopefully be awake but be flushed out before I leave.

I know this might be a kind of weird ask, but do any of you have tips on minimizing your bathroom trips on the road? I have a contingency of looking up pet stores that would allow her in and using their bathroom, but thanks to COVID some places might not let me in.
