US Road Trip this May?
Hi roadtrippers,
My wife and I have been planning a 1 month cross-country road trip for our honeymoon (California to New York through the mid south).
We know travelling in the current Covid19 situation is not ideal to say the least. But for personal reasons, it will be impossible to find another time to do such a trip for years to come.
So practically speaking, is a cross country road trip even possible nowadays? Surely bars and restaurants are closed, so we'll be missing on tones of cultural experiences (we are not American) but what about national parks?
Most of the trip we are in the car, and if we go out with masks, wash our habds frequently and maintain social distancing, I guess we are not putting others at risk, which is the most important thing (we are both in our 30s).
What do you think?
