Help: A forced road trip during COVID

My boyfriend and I live full time in our truck camper and have been living in Moab, UT; keeping to ourselves, not participating in any tourist activities, practicing safe COVID rules along with everyone else; our only difference is that we don’t have a home that doesn’t look like a tourist just rolled up-our home has wheels. (Keep in mind that we have all the amenities we need in our camper-bathroom, shower, kitchen, etc...so we’re not needing to use any public places as a means to do anything except for laundry; nor are we cooking food on campfires or anything at all that involves camping, really) With the virus taking place, ALL camping has been put to a hault; no camping on state property or in town. We haven’t done anything to cause a scene and have been staying in town for a couple of weeks now. (We were staying in camp grounds away from town, but recently had to move into town with the shut down of all campgrounds) Well, the other morning we got an early knock on our door by the county police saying that if he see’s us “camping” again, we’re going to receive a $1,000 ticket and could have our home impounded. We feel like we’re at a loss here because we had no intentions of moving but now are being forced to basically take a road trip to try and find a new place to live until all of this is over. Any tips on what we could do? We don’t want to leave this county, especially to go and get kicked out of another, but it’s looking like we may have to...so even tips on where we should go (heading more west) that would be ok for us to technically “camp” and not get in trouble or looked down upon during these times would be awesome.
