HELP! PET FRIENDLY ROAD TRIP
Hello everybody! I’ve got myself into the idea of going road tripping with my little dog, trying to surround myself with nature and face the fear of being all by myself somewhere that isn’t my own bedroom.
I live in the Boston, MA area and want to try going up to Vermont for the first time. I have road tripped before with a s/o but it never went as I imagined and felt like we had no idea what we were doing. This time going only with my little pup, I have a sedan, i plan on bringing precooked/prepared food and a cooler, I do not plan to camp, I will be looking for places to stay that are pet-friendly. I am considering driving up to Vermont and going thru Maine to come back home if I can’t figure any other route. My only goal is to road trip w my fluff and take her out to have some fun before winter comes, and to take some personal time for my own self-care.. I just need some advice planning for it!
I am looking for scenic views, dog friendly activities, restaurants and parks to hike at along the way, where to go and where I should stop..and maybe some recommendations about how I could be less anxious (I never venture out and do things that scare me).
