London vs Amsterdam?

I'm visiting Europe for the first time ever (exciting!) and I'm in Romania for a month. I need to buy a one-way ticket back to Canada and it's quite expensive to fly back from here, so I purchased a relatively cheaper ticket from Amsterdam. I want to fly to London and then from there either take a train or plane to Amsterdam (I have a really big suitcase, idk if I can take that on a train). I want to leave for London on August 8, and my flight is on August 13. So that leaves 5 days of adventuring. I don't really know how to split it up. Which city has more fun things to do and see? I'm thinking I should stay in London for longer, but is 1-2 days enough to really enjoy Amsterdam or would that be enough? via /r/solotravel https://ift.tt/32wDxAa
