I'm making a 6-city trip through Europe with a duffel bag. Is this a terrible idea?

I have a medium-sized duffel bag (with shoulder strap) and a regular backpack that I'm going to be carrying with me through 6 cities in central Europe. I'm taking trains between each city and walking or taking transit between the stations and the hostels. I've done this before for 3-city trips and it was a pain in the ass and made my back stiff sometimes but I got by. I like the capacity and accessibility of the duffel. But I'm wondering if this carrying this around is going to be such a monumentally bad idea that I should invest $400ish in a backpacking backpack the day before my trip. via /r/solotravel https://ift.tt/2GoaDsv
