So I’m thinking of doing a solo road trip from central MN to the UP of Michigan and possibly down through Michigan to Cleveland to visit the Rock n’ roll Hall of Fame and then through Chicago back to MN. I have a week. I don’t mind driving for long periods of time, but have never done something like this solo. Is that too much? What are some must see/dos in northern Michigan? Anything worthwhile in Cleveland besides the HOF? I’ve done Chicago a few times so don’t need to stop there. I mostly enjoy nature, but won’t want to do any major hikes given my solo female status. TIA.
