Critique for solo trip to Vancouver

Hi all, I'm near finishing my itiniery for Vancouver. I'll be flying in Aug 1 night and flying out Aug 6 in the morning. So 4 full days there. I'm still not well versed on Vancouver's public transits so I'd appreciate suggestions/critiques on transportation/logistics especially! I'm all ears to suggestions like what things to do/see I'm missing or what resturants I should visit along the way to my destinations.Day 1 - West/North Vancouver(Part 1)Eat BreakfastRent car at enterpriseDrive to Deep CoveHike Quarry Rock - 2.3 mi hike, approx 1.5 hrKayak/Swim/ChillKayak around Indian armEat/Drink thereDrive to Lynn Canyon Suspension BridgeDrive to trailhead to Grouse MountainBCMC Trail - 1.8 miles, 1.5 hrsEnjoy Grouse Mountain views, drink, maybe eatLook at GrizzliesTake the gondola back down ($15)Drive to Capilano Suspension Bridge - hopefully reach near sunsetRichmond Night Market OR GastownDay 2 - VancouverGranville IslandEat/ChillVandusen Botanical Garden AND Queen Elizabeth ParkDowntown VancouverCommercial Drive OR Gastown again - eat eat eatCanada PlaceVancouver Public LibraryWalk around and through Yaletown and towards False Creek OR Stanley Park for sunset pictures OR neither, bc there's not enough timeEnglish Bay - Fireworks competition - celebration of lightDay 3 - Stanley Park and Miscellaneous VancouverGay Pride Vancouver ParadeFood/drinksStanley Park and the SeawallStart from Georgia and Denman streetSiwash RockBeaver LakeBrockton Point - has a lighthouseProspect point - hike to the pointVancouver AquariumThe PavillionThe Rose GardenThe Ted and Mary Greig Rhododendron Garden Food/drinksNot sure what else to do with the rest of my day to be honestWhistlerBus up to WhistlerWhistler Village - eat/drinkSasquatch Zipline - longest zipline in US and CanadaGo to Roundhouse lodgePeak 2 Peak Whistler - Gondola between Whistler and Blackcomb mountainHangout on BlackcombP2P back to WhistlerHigh note Hiking Trail - must do this by 3-4pmIf late take the half note junction in the hikeBus Back to VancouverFor days 2 and 3 in vancouver, is it best to use Mobi, rent a bike for the whole 2 days, both Mobi/bike rental AND public transit? And what time do buses stop running?Since I'll have a car the first day, should I drive to Squamish and hike the Chief instead of BCMC? If I have time, I can just take gondola up to grouse mountain.Anything else I'm missing? Thanks! via /r/solotravel https://ift.tt/30TneMa
