What is your approach to budget and how much do you spend a month
I am 4 months into my fourth trip. After 12 months of total travel, I'd like to know where my budgeting styles sits in the travel community... What is the average and median for different travellers.How much do you spend a month, and what is your style of travel (i.e. volunteering, couch surfing, hitch hiking...). What regions do you go to? (I understand most on here go SEA, but I'd like to consider as many regions as possible).What is your approach to budget? For example, I now figure out low hostel costs, add on max day travel plus 2 meals. My spending style in Eurasia differs a lot from India, Europe, SEA and the far east, but partly because of the area - Hitch hiking main transport in Eurasia by design, irreplaceable expensive trains/buses in Europe, or countries too small for overnights in far east, plus compulsory fees on MasterCard withdrawals or losing excess money!So what's your story?
